Lisa Little, CPP®

Lisa Little, a native of Conyers, Georgia, has been a passionate member of pawn industry for over 30 years. After attending the University of Georgia, Lisa returned home to Conyers to find her calling – and after dabbling in insurance and real estate stumbled upon the pawn industry. In 1987 she co-founded a chain of pawn shops with her father, John Little, and never looked back.
In 2018 Lisa became the first woman in the nation to become a Certified Pawn Professional®. She currently serves as Secretary on the National Pawnbrokers Association (NPA) Board of Directors. Among her many accolades, she was awarded the prestigious National Pawnbroker of the Year award in 2024, as well as the National Outstanding Industry Image Award in 2021.
In her spare time Lisa loves spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and serving as a Bible class teacher and youth education coordinator at her church. She also loves Disney, genealogy and all things Jane Austen.

Keith Morgan

Keith Morgan is the owner and operator of five Mr. Cash pawn shops throughout the southeast region of Georgia. Alongside his wife Clarissa, he has been involved in the pawnshop business for over twelve years. Keith comes from an extensive background in business with experience in both the trucking and automotive industries. Keith and Clarissa have three children, Sailor Claire, Adeline, and Noah. When he is not working or spending time with his family, Keith enjoys off-shore fishing and hunting. Keith is committed to preserving and advocating for the pawn industry.

Stephanie Greene

Stephanie Greene owns and operates Metro Pawn, LLC, which her father, Joel Sinkoe, founded in 1988. After earning a BSED in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia in 1992, Stephanie joined the family business, working alongside her father for 30 years. She took over Metro Pawn in February 2022 after his passing. Stephanie is married to Charles Greene, with two sons, Senator and Max, and two dogs. Senator works at the pawnshop, while Max studies at the University of South Carolina.
Stephanie loves spending time with her family, watching reality TV, supporting the Georgia Bulldogs and South Carolina Gamecocks, and taking cruises. She values excellent customer service and strives to make every patron feel part of the Metro Pawn “family.” As Secretary of the Georgia Pawnbrokers Association, she is dedicated to keeping pawnbrokers informed on industry matters.

Joel Levinson
Dynasty Jewelry and Loan, Norcross, GA
Joel Levinson is a 5th generation pawnbroker with a solid academic background and a wealth of experience in the industry. He holds a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from the University of South Carolina, along with a Graduate Diamond Degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Carlsbad, CA.
Together with his father, Ben Levinson, Joel operates Dynasty Jewelry and Loan, a renowned pawn store that specializes in high-value items such as jewelry, designer handbags, and luxury footwear, in addition to the diverse range of goods typically found in pawn shops.
When he's not managing the store, Joel enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include traveling and playing tennis.

Ben Levinson, CPP®

Ben Levinson was born in Rome, Ga. and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing. Ben believes in involvement. Ben is a former President and Vice President of the Pawnbrokers Association of Georgia and former President, Vice President, and Secretary of the National Pawnbrokers Association. Having grown up in a family business being an entrepreneur comes naturally.
He is also one of only three people in the State of Georgia to earn the designation of Certified Pawn Professional® awarded by the National Pawnbrokers Association.

Jason Wallace is a 2nd generation pawnbroker who operates Smyrna Pawn and Paulding Pawn for 16 years. Jason graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Jason is a proud husband and father of five. "The pawn business has been very good to our family. Without Smyrna Pawn, our family wouldn't have been able to start our other businesses including Adventure Outdoors, Smyrna Police Distributors, and Paulding Pawn. Running a pawn shop with integrity and compassion are key elements to our success."
